Job summary

UFC GYM in Mililani, HI is seeking an MMA Sales Manager to drive growth of private coaching and combat sports programs while delivering a premium member experience. You will lead the transition from general membership to results-driven training by selling private and small group sessions, managing the Turn-Over process, and hitting revenue targets for combat training and supplements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management.
• Experience in employee relations or staff supervision is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques (assessment to program design) with MMA proficiency in Striking and Grappling.
• Current CPR/AED certification required; at least one UFC GYM-recognized fitness certification.
• HS diploma or GED; a related 4-year degree is preferred.
• Ability to stay active on the fitness floor and handle lifting up to 45+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by achieving monthly goals for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements.
• Lead fitness tours, prospect members (in-person/digital), present options, and convert packages to programs.
• Ensure a seamless Turn-Over from front-desk to coaching staff so new members start with an action plan.
• Build a client base through outreach, track measurements, and manage supplement booths or seminars.
• Coach the Coaches: lead meetings and supervise coaches to meet targets.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve relations issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage client appointment lifecycles, staff schedules, and time-keeping records.
• Enforce policies, coordinate facility upkeep, and maintain a flexible schedule (Mon-Sun).
