Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Nationally recognized fitness certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly revenue goals for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements.
• Lead fitness tours and convert packages into long-term programs.
• Coach and supervise team members to meet targets.
• Enforce corporate policies and safety procedures.
