You will lead the transition from membership to results by selling training sessions, managing the Turn-Over process, and hitting revenue targets for private training and supplements.

The role requires sales experience in fitness or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to supervise staff during a 7-day operation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales track record in fitness, hospitality, or retail management.

• Ability to cultivate long-term member relationships and upsell services.

• Drive monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
• Lead fitness tours and close training package sales.
• Oversee seamless Turn-Over from Sales to coaching staff.
• Build and manage a client pipeline through outreach and re-signing existing clients.
• Supervise staff to deliver high-energy sessions and uphold brand standards.
• Handle member concerns and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain staff schedules for seven-day operation.
