Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead diverse ML, DS/AI, and data engineering initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will own programs spanning multiple teams, drive delivery, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality products.

The role emphasizes agile leadership, risk management, and clear communication, with opportunities to mentor teams and influence project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master managing cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience performing TPM best practices (schedule development, risk mgmt, status reporting).
• Experience maintaining and reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies and process adherence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals collaboratively.
• Composed presence, business acumen, and ability to communicate at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure on-time delivery; build integrated schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Help Engineering balance scope, timeline, and quality.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus among stakeholders.
