Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Mission Operations Engineers to manage customer accounts and deploy radar and sensor systems across sites in the United States. You will work with product, engineering, sales, and logistics to shape offerings for missions and ensure customer and mission success.

The role requires a background in electrical/electronics/computer engineering (5+ years) and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance, with travel up to 50–75%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• For the Software & Analysis focus: demonstrated software engineering experience (scripting/automation, data pipelines, or systems integration) and comfort with statistical analysis of sensor performance data.
• For the Integration & Field focus: basic CLI familiarity and practical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager / on-site lead or remote systems owner with US military, DHS, and allied customers to deliver radar and sensor capabilities at distributed sites.
• Monitor radar performance, connectivity, and fusion with other sensors and C2 systems remotely or on-site.
• Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback on radar performance and issues.
• Provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features and UI/UX improvements.
• Lead site standups from initial radar integration through operational acceptance; install and configure hardware.
• Troubleshoot and test hardware in the field with end-users to resolve issues in real time.
