• Experience in program management, product deployment, or field engineering roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management with senior military leaders.
• Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations in multi-domain environments.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specs.
• Willing to travel 25–50% and work across diverse teams.
• Secret clearance or above required.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing Account Manager capacity with the United States Army to deploy Anduril C2 products.
• Own the delivery of contract deliverables, performance measures, and user development roadmaps.
• Design feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements from training and exercises.
• Bridge program and engineering teams to enhance user workflows and deployment efficiency.
• Support engagement with service components and commands to integrate products across forces.
• Contribute to a streamlined user feedback and qualification tracking system.
