Job summary

You will lead planning, deployment, training end users, and ensure high performance while collaborating with engineering, logistics, and operations teams. Travel 25–50% and secret clearance required; equity included in compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, product deployment, or field engineering roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with senior military leaders and officials.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Strong problem-solving ability in hardware, software, and networking contexts.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and hold a Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing Account Manager capacity, working directly with the United States Army to deploy Anduril C2 products.
• Own delivery of contract deliverables, including performance measures, technical reports, and user roadmaps.
• Design and implement user feedback loops to gather requirements and address issues identified during training and operations.
• Act as a conduit between program and engineering teams to drive product features and configurations.
• Support engagement with other service components and military commands to expand adoption of Anduril products.
• Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system for exercises and events.
