Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operator to lead deployment of flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. You will train end users, ensure high performance, and work with engineering, logistics, and technical operations to keep products aligned with user needs.

We expect ownership mindset, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication to translate mission challenges into actionable product improvements and successful field outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
• Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams and influencing through relationships.
• Experience translating and decomposing technical concepts into requirements and performance specs.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the Deployment of Anduril products across field operations.
• Drive internal and external relationship management with customers and partners.
• Shape products to meet mission needs in collaboration with customers and engineers.
• Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team to ensure successful deployments.
