Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Mission Operators to orchestrate deployment of flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. You will train end users, ensure high performance, and coordinate with engineering and operations teams across the field.

The role emphasizes mission-first thinking, ownership, and collaboration with diverse internal teams to deliver defense capabilities at pace, with security-clearance eligibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 3–5+ years in a technical field.
• Proven project management skills.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams and translating concepts into operational requirements.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate deployment of Anduril products with engineering, logistics and operations teams.
• Build trust with customers and partners through effective communication and follow-through.
• Shape products by understanding customer missions and coordinating with engineers to meet needs.
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful field deployment.
