Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operator to orchestrate deployment of hardware and software products, train end users, and ensure high performance in the field. You will build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams, translating mission needs into product requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 3-5+ years in a technical field.
• Proven project management skills and leadership.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into operational requirements.
• US Security clearance (Secret) eligibility and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Anduril products to customer missions with cross‑functional teams.
• Build trust with customers, partners, and internal teams through clear communication and follow‑through.
• Represent customer needs to Anduril engineers to shape products that meet mission requirements.
• Collaborate across business development, engineering, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, and more to deploy complex solutions.
• Operate with autonomy and prudent interdisciplinary judgment to deliver impact quickly.
