Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to provide post-sales support for Voyager products, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Operations to ensure customer mission success.

You will deliver technical training, resolve problems in help desk and field settings, and work with product teams to address issues quickly while shaping deployments for warfighter missions.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management and product deployment roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments.
• Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and on-site technical support and training to customers on Anduril Voyager solutions.
• Provide technical support for Sales during customer meetings and evaluate solutions for upgrades.
• Ensure day-to-day operations of NOC and training technology infrastructure are properly supported and maintained.
• Assist customers remotely and on-site to resolve issues and feedback to departments.
• Provide escalation support to Tier 1 staff to improve technical operations and customer feedback.
• Maintain the test lab environment used to replicate customer issues for better problem understanding and resolutions.
• Document knowledge in the form of technical papers and maintain system configuration traceability.
• Create training, operations, installation, and maintenance manuals.
