Job summary

The role focuses on translating real-world workflows into engineering improvements, building trust with military stakeholders, and driving high system adoption through hands-on training and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in training operators and administrators of communications devices.
• Strong software and systems mindset with ability to configure software and troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently in unstructured environments and drive tasks to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for rapid rapport with military stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and maintain active U.S. Secret clearance.
• Collaborative, proactive, and customer-mission focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical configuration, deployment, and integration of systems.
• Design and deliver hands-on training to military, security, and tactical operators.
• Translate operator feedback and bugs back to engineering teams for fixes.
• Build trust-based relationships with officers and end-users to ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and legal teams for delivery.
