Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Mission Operations Engineers to manage customer accounts and deploy radar and sensor systems across locations in support of defense missions.

You will work with product, engineering, and logistics teams to tailor offerings to mission needs, train operators, and ensure customer success in dynamic environments. A security clearance is required or eligibility, with significant travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical/electronics/computer engineering or related field.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance eligibility/maintenance.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager/on-site lead or remote systems owner for radar and sensor deployments with U.S. military and allied customers.
• Monitor radar performance, connectivity, and fusion with other sensors and C2 systems at distributed sites.
• Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback on radar detection, tracking, and classification.
• Provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features and UI/UX improvements.
• Support engagement with military units and partner organizations for deployment at installations and sites.
• Develop self-service diagnostics and automation to speed remote troubleshooting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field
