Job summary

The American Red Cross in Oklahoma City is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG to sell Red Cross community training classes and store products to individuals and small businesses. The role uses consultative selling to match courses to customer needs.

You will handle inbound calls, document interactions in Salesforce, and work toward annual revenue targets. The position offers an hourly wage plus commission and is aligned with local pay practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a call center.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong influence and negotiation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for training courses and store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover customer training and store product needs.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross training classes and store products.
• Handle credit card transactions and place orders through Sales systems.
• Document and update all cases with required call information in Salesforce.
• Upsell store products that complement class enrollment.
• Manage returns, exchanges or cancellations per policies.
• Answer customer questions about classes or products.
• Aim to attain Training revenue of $325K and Retail revenue of $80K per year.
