Evansville Goodwill is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and develop the team of employees and volunteers. You will drive exceptional customer service, oversee donations and inventory, and manage financial tasks including cash handling and reporting.

The role requires overseeing hiring, training, and performance while meeting budget goals and delivering a positive experience for customers and donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years retail management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage cash handling and store finances.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store as required; manage scheduling and timecards.
• Oversee donations, inventory, and customer/donor experience.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of staff and volunteers.
• Monitor KPIs including sales and donations.
• Ensure store security, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
