Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for our Donated Goods Retail Operations team in Indiana. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive revenue in line with our mission, and lead staff development and donor support.

The role is full-time and hourly, with a salary of $17.25 per hour. You will help manage scheduling, logistics, and reporting while ensuring a positive customer and donor experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Availability evenings and weekends.
• Drug test and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, timecard management, and inventory reporting.
• Oversee branding, security, donation processing, product rotation.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate reporting (sales, deposits).
• Support customer and donor experience and lead team meetings.
• Perform additional duties as needed and stay informed on trends.
