Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in donated goods operations, supervise staff, and help develop team members and volunteers.

The role focuses on delivering a positive experience for customers and donors while supporting Goodwill’s mission. This full-time position offers an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, weekend availability, and an hourly rate of $14.25.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Employment offer contingent upon drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with store operations and inquiries.
• Train and supervise team members and volunteers.
• Process donations, sort according to guidelines, and track inventory.
