Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead the Donated Goods Retail Operations team and oversee daily store operations, volunteers, and team development in support of Goodwill’s mission.

The role offers a full-time schedule with 40 hours/week, weekend availability, and a salary range of $39,520-$49,520 annually. A drug test and background check are required, along with a valid driver’s license and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related retail management experience.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure top-tier customer service and maintain clean, safe facilities.
• Oversee store finances, including cash handling and reporting.
• Manage product logistics and supervise hiring, training, and development.
• Monitor KPIs like sales and donations and ensure donor experience.
