Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with questions about store operations.
• Assist in stocking, pricing, sorting and pulling merchandise to meet production standards.
• Ensure products are rotated and properly priced according to guidelines.
• Train and develop store team members, clients, and volunteers.
• Load/unload store merchandise as needed and help with store security.
• Notify management of low or overstocked items and follow safety procedures.
