Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, driving revenue and efficiency in a mission-driven environment. You will lead teams, support volunteers, and identify growth opportunities for staff.

The role requires strong communication in English, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma. Evening and weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and a drug/background check are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, timecard management, supply ordering, and maintenance reporting.
• Oversee store branding, security, donation processing, product rotation, and janitorial upkeep.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and ensure accurate reporting.
