Job summary

Evansville Goodwill is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in daily operations, help supervise donors and customers, and drive a positive shopping experience. You'll assist with scheduling, inventory reporting, and team development while promoting Goodwill's mission through accessible, friendly service and efficient store performance.

This full-time role requires 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Employment offer is contingent upon successful drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Assist with scheduling, day-to-day operations, inventory management, and statistical reporting; ensure timely completion of activity reports and accurate donation counts.
• Support team operations, perform janitorial duties, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining punctuality and dependability.
