Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience
• Associate's degree or higher
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, electronic, face-to-face)

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our independent senior-living communities at St. Matthew Manor and St. Matthew Manor - West.
• Lead staff and maintain a pleasant and engaging environment for staff and residents.
• Ensure operations run smoothly and within timelines under pressure.
