Wesley Living in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented maintenance professional to perform general and advanced repairs including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry in our senior living communities.

You will help develop and execute a preventative maintenance plan with the property manager, demonstrate strong time management, problem solving, budgeting skills, and uphold resident safety and comfort while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• HVAC certification required.
• Driver's License required.
• Journeyman status or equivalent in two skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• General Maintenance: repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Unit Turns: prep vacant apartments for new residents with painting and cleaning.
• Preventative Maintenance: inspect common areas and mechanical rooms.
• Regulatory Compliance: meet housing authority and safety standards.
• Emergency Response: after-hours availability.
• Resident Relations: interact with residents with patience and respect.
