Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager for the Pecan Grove senior apartment community in Bolivar, TN to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, maintain high occupancy, and supervise on-site staff. The role focuses on HUD/LIHTC compliance, leasing, rent collection and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports.
