Wesley Living in Humboldt, TN, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our independent senior-living communities at St. Matthew Manor and St. Matthew Manor - West.

This full-time role requires leadership, time management, and a commitment to our core values. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, manage resident relations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus experience in management, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree or higher required and certifications in field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, electronic, face-to-face.
• Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office products, HUD online systems, and industry-specific software.
• Experience with multi-organizations or a single organization with multi-sites a plus.
