National Church Residences in Bolivar, TN 38008 is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community. You will manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise on-site staff while fostering positive resident relations.

The role requires knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs and experience in leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in property management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
