Job summary

Wesley Living in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate Property Manager to lead daily operations of our senior living community. You will oversee leasing, compliance, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to ensure a welcoming, safe environment for residents and staff.

This full-time role requires strong administrative skills, budget oversight, and the ability to multi-task under deadlines. We value service, compassion, and integrity in a dedicated leader who can uphold our standards

Qualifications

3 years in a supervisory position
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, electronic
Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with multi-sites or single multi-site organization

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of compliance including initial certifications and recertifications
Manage waiting list, tours, and leasing process from application to move-in
Collect rent and coordinate with vendors for cost-effective maintenance
Act as primary contact for residents and their families, resolving conflicts with empathy
Coordinate with maintenance to keep building clean, accessible, and hazard-free
Collaborate with Service Coordinator to promote social engagement and connect residents with local resources
