Fellowship Recovery LLC seeks an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, strengthening reporting, budgeting, and controls. The role partners with the CEO and external CPA to ensure regulatory compliance and sound decision support.

As a hands-on finance professional, you will manage multiple funding streams, including Housing Support, build scalable processes, and contribute to sustainable growth and transparency across leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible accounting or finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and internal control knowledge.
• Experience preparing financial statements and working with payroll systems.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Develop and monitor organizational budgets.
• Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee accounting processes.
• Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise with CPA/tax professionals.
• Oversee Housing Support revenue tracking and restricted funding allocations.
• Support leadership with financial reporting for state contracts.
• Provide payroll budgeting input and assist with compensation planning.
