Job summary

The Process Recovery Center, LLC seeks a Manager of Financial Planning/Analysis and Human Resources to oversee budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and HR operations for our Pregnancy Resource Center. You will partner with leadership to align finances with mission and manage donor data via Virtuous CRM.

You will prepare monthly statements, coordinate annual audits, monitor cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding HR processes, vendor contracts, and staff support

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and optimize the annual operating budget and forecasts.
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements to leadership and board.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee tax compliance and Form 990 preparation.
• Coordinate annual audit processes with external auditors.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and donor data in Virtuous CRM.
• Maintain fiscal data entry in QuickBooks and record-keeping of financial documents.
• Provide dashboards and analytics to track KPIs and trends.
• Review contracts, leases, licensing, vendor agreements, and grants.
• Attend monthly board meetings and assist with fundraising as needed.
