Job summary

Jobot seeks a Director of Finance to oversee our nonprofit’s financial operations, drive budgeting, reporting, and compliance, and guide strategic decisions aligned with mission and public resources. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior finance/accounting role, nonprofit/government experience preferred.
• GAAP knowledge; familiarity with federal/state regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct preparation of all financial statements and tax returns.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies across units.
• Supervise finance team including hiring and performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, GL, inventory, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate annual audit with external auditors and board committee.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures across departments.
