Beloved Community is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to steward its financial health and administrative systems for a national non-profit focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will oversee accounting, grants, HR, and operations, partnering with the CEO and department leads to ensure accurate reporting and compliant operations for remote and distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in bookkeeping and budget projections.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and general ledger management.
• Experience coordinating grants, invoicing, and contracting.
• Familiar with GAAP and working with contractors.
• Experience in HR, vendor management, and cross-department collaboration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall accounting and bookkeeping, including AP/AR, inventory, banking, and payroll functions.
• Process reimbursements, purchases, and check requests for staff.
• Coordinate grant budgets and grant-related financial information; process donations; generate revenue reports.
• Generate monthly financials, cash flow, and board/ funder reports; coordinate audits.
• Oversee HR functions including benefits, policies, and vendor relationships.
• Administrative tasks: vendor management, contract administration, and inter-department support.
