• Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial reporting packages.
• Leading month-end and year-end reporting activities.
• Supporting audit, compliance, and governance requirements.

• Performing financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Partnering with department leaders on budget monitoring and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Ideal background:

• Background in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement
• Experience within nonprofit organizations, foundations, grant-funded organizations, real estate, or adjacent industries preferred
• Experience working with multiple entities, programs, departments, or funding streams is a plus
• Ability to communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
