NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative in the United States to engage with small business owners in-person, share NFIB’s mission, and enroll members in one visit. You will deliver concise presentations, address objections, and process payments on the spot, earning incentives and contributing to a national movement for small business advocacy.

Ideal candidates are mission-driven, self-starters with grit, coachable, quick thinkers, and motivated by growth and performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
