This hunter role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

You will meet owners where they are, deliver a concise presentation, handle objections, and process payments on the spot while joining a values-driven, mission-focused team.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face, community-based outreach to small business owners.
• Hunter/closer role with a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly.
• Address objections and close memberships in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
