Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist for mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions. You will guide emergency response agencies, oversee complex sales within dispatch centers, and navigate procurement cycles to deliver secure, scalable recording solutions.

The role requires engaging with 911 directors, IT managers, and municipal decision-makers, shaping modern public safety operations and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4+ years in related fields.
• 1+ years of sales, customer success, military or public safety experience.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and target new logos.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Prospect 911 directors, IT managers, and city purchasing agents.
• Perform needs assessments for NG911 readiness and migrations.
• Lead end-to-end responses for government RFPs and RFQs.
• Collaborate with radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions.
• Demonstrate software capabilities (incident reconstruction, QA, analytics).
• Manage contracts and expansion revenue for recording services.
