Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers. You will lead complex sales engagements, guide clients through procurement cycles, and partner with public safety agencies to build a resilient foundation for modern operations.

You will drive growth by targeting new logos, managing pipelines, and delivering end-to-end technical responses for bids

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• OR 4+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• Industry experience selling technology to public safety agencies or municipalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota within emergency dispatch and public safety segments.
• Penetrate new logos and manage strategic accounts across the region.
• Forecast revenue with Salesforce accuracy and regional visibility.
