Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies across the United States. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers through complex sales cycles, aligning security solutions with public safety goals.

Responsibilities include managing quotas, penetrating new logos, forecasting pipelines in Salesforce, and leading formal bid responses to drive RaaS contracts and growth within a regulated

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota.
• Penetrate strategic accounts with complex sales engagements.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design security solutions aligned with client goals to mitigate risk exposure.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
• Lead consultative selling for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• Oversee end-to-end responses for government bids, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Collaborate with major vendors to position integrated solutions.
• Deliver live demonstrations of software capabilities, including analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
