Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a logistics and operations specialist to manage end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud services for the warfighter. You will monitor performance, maintain asset databases, and produce documentation to support proactive service delivery.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, US Citizenship, and the ability to work in a logistics-heavy environment. Travel is about 25% with compensation ranging from $79,000 to $127,000 per year (USD).

Qualifications

• Develop logistic support requirements and link functions across missions.
• Strong ITSM understanding; ITIL certification preferred.
• Analytical skills with experience in financial oversight, budget monitoring, and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex data into actionable advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incidents, dashboard metrics (latency, uptime), and the incident queue.
• Maintain CMDB for hardware including satellite dishes and SIM cards; perform audits.
• Track cloud consumption and prepare advisory reports on costs and savings.
• Lead stand-up of new services, coordinate vendor handoffs, and create SOPs for consistency.
