Job summary

Ryan Companies Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager II for its National Mission Critical team in Dallas. You will lead core, shell and TI packages on large data center projects, coordinating with field teams, MEP managers and trade partners to hit schedule and budget.

The role demands 5–8 years in construction management, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM/ scheduling tools. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial construction management experience.
• At least 2 years on mission critical, advanced tech, or large core/shell projects.
• Experience managing envelope, structural, architectural scopes and TI.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of core, shell and TI packages.
• Coordinate handoffs between core/shell and TI/MEP teams.
• Review drawings and specs to resolve field clashes early.
• Maintain cost tracking, budgets, and monthly forecasts.
