• Active Secret Clearance at time of hire.
• Associate degree in IT or one year of IT support experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of four years of Help Desk support experience.

Responsibilities

• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
• Operates with latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
• Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
• Responds to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems.
• Processes requests for access and deactivation.
• Forwards trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.
