Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of Help Desk support experience.
• Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or three years of equivalent IT support experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of Help Desk support experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems.
• Processes requests for access and deactivation.
• Forwards trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.
