CACI International Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Dedicated Infrastructure IT Support professional to provide desktop support, software license management, and application support for AF financial systems.

Qualifications

Current Security+ CE certification is required.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
Strong Windows desktop support and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects to tight deadlines.
Must attain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day network and computer administrative duties, including creating new user accounts on AF systems and processing paperwork to obtain accounts.
Perform software/hardware installation, diagnostics, and problem resolution for network and computer systems.
Optimize operations for networked workstations to ensure availability and reliability for mission success.
Resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues to minimize mission delays.
Plan, organize, and manage IT software and hardware for the organization.
