Qualified candidates hold an Active Secret Clearance, an IT-related degree or equivalent experience, and 4+ years in help desk support. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance at time of hire.
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or one year IT support experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of four (4) years of Help Desk support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or three years of equivalent IT support experience in lieu of degree (optional).
• Minimum of seven (7) years of Help Desk support experience (optional).

Responsibilities

• Responds to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems.
• Processes requests for access and deactivation.
• Forwards trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.
• Operates with latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
