Job summary

CACI International is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to deliver desktop and network support for Air Force Financial Management systems. You will assist with user onboarding, software licensing, and application support, ensuring secure, reliable access to mission-critical AF networks.

Qualifications

• Current Security+ CE certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or 4+ years equivalent experience.
• Highly professional and self-motivated.
• Experience supporting Windows based workstation and applications.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience working multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
• Attain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day network and computer administrative duties to include setting up new user accounts on AF systems and help new users file the appropriate paper work/forms required to obtain computer accounts on the Air Force operational networks.
• Perform software and hardware installation, diagnostics, and problem resolution for network and computer systems
• Optimize operations for networked workstations, ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of computer systems for continued mission accomplishment.
• Provide solutions and resolve complex software, hardware and network malfunctions to minimize interruption to the customers and minimizes mission delays.
• Perform computer system hardware upgrades and repairs as necessary
• Install and maintain computer system software including software patches and anti-virus updates
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the organizations information technology (IT) software and hardware.
