Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction on Mission Critical projects.

The role emphasizes owner relationship management, preconstruction excellence, QA/QC oversight, and commissioning leadership across complex MEP systems. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management, a Construction Engineering/Management degree, and willingness to travel for project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management; 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
• Proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems.
• Experience with Methods of Procedures (MOP) in critical work environments.
• Strong skills in Procore, P6, and Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project teams and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and other professional groups.
• Lead preconstruction efforts including bid procedures, qualifications, estimating, procurement strategy, and scheduling.
• Oversee QA/QC program and commissioning processes.
• Lead construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules; lead progress meetings.
• Oversee design development and travel to project sites.
