Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Field Coordinator responsible for all activities tied to projects and personnel assigned to the region, working with VP of Construction and field teams to ensure project success.

You will hire, train, evaluate, and coordinate staff, manage estimates and scheduling with cost controls, ensure proper use of Ryan Tools, represent the company in client presentations, and maintain timely project documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and hold team members accountable, with regular feedback.
• Experience hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Ability to manage estimates, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Ryan Tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team understands expectations and accountability with performance feedback.
• Assist VP of Field Operations in hiring, training, evaluating, and recommending raises.
• Train team in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Contribute to project proposals with scheduling and budgeting input.
• Maintain proper cost control and documentation on all projects.
• Present to prospective clients and maintain client contact programs.
• Ensure proper use of Ryan Tools and consistent methodologies.
