Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest is seeking an Electrical Estimator to lead MEP estimating, budgeting, and bidding for assigned projects. You will interface with architects, clients, and operations to ensure clear objectives and schedules, and prepare hard bids or negotiated pricing from reliable subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, soliciting bids, and maintaining cost data to support accurate estimates and informed decisions on project scope and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field with MEP estimating experience.
• Strong ability to develop complete cost estimates for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven experience with subcontractor bidding and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and drawings; prepare quantity take-offs for projects.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and analyze bids for conformance to specs and costs.
• Maintain centralized cost estimating data and improve procedures.
