Capturis, part of the Conservice family, is seeking an Account Processor to manage utility provider bills and input data into the Conservice system. This in-office/hybrid role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and timely bill processing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong phone and email communication, reliable attendance, and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and G-Suite to support billing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Contact utility providers by phone and email
• Utilize Conservice software to locate missing bills
• Retrieve bills from providers and prepare them for processing
• Achieve a standard of 70 billing resolutions per day
