Job summary

Capturis, part of the Conservice family, is seeking an Account Processor in Mandan, ND or Logan, UT, for in-office/hybrid work. The role focuses on receiving utility bills, entering data accurately, and resolving billing issues in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. Prior experience with utility billing is a plus, and professional conduct is essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact and work with utility providers over the phone and through email.
• Utilize Conservice software to investigate and locate missing bills.
• Retrieve bills from utility providers and prepare them to be processed.
• Phone Use: Medium (Up to 40% of the workday).
• Type: Outbound
• Ensure method of arriving bills is done through correct processes.
• Return messages left by vendors and providers as needed.
• Ability to achieve the standard of 70 billing resolutions per day.
