Job summary

Conservice is seeking an Account Processor to join the Login Management team. You will create and maintain login credentials used to access bills we manage for our customers, using internal records to set up logins and liaise with utility vendors.

You will work in several internal systems; basic computer usage and navigation of vendor websites is required. This role emphasizes accuracy and proactive problem solving, including updating records and correcting logins as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with Google products.
• Comfortable navigating various websites.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to make phone calls.
• Ability to independently analyze and reason in order to understand issues.

Responsibilities

• Setup logins in various utility vendors’ websites.
• Review logins that are no longer working and take action to correct them.
• Record login credentials in our database for other team members to access.
• Edit existing records in our logins database to ensure that information is kept as accurate as possible.
• Navigate various utility vendor’s websites in order to set up logins.
